Got the job done, but poor communication
They are a reasonably priced solicitor for moving house. As a paying client though, you would expect better service. We had to continually chase for an update and spoke to the solicitor once in a 3 month process. Impossible to get hold of by phone as well. A lady named Lily started helping with our case late on in the process from the Bury office and things dramatically improved. We could get hold of her, and she sent emails informing us of progress. I wouldn’t use them again if I purchased another property.
