First class personable service from Dave Lavery

We couldn’t be happier with the service we received from Dave Lavery.

From start to finish, communication was clear and consistent, and we always felt completely in the loop. He was easy to contact, quick to respond, and genuinely dedicated to ensuring we hit our deadline.

What really stood out was how human and personable he was throughout the process. We never felt like just another file on the desk, we truly felt like 'his' clients, and that meant a lot during such a big life event. His professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment made the whole experience so much smoother and less stressful.

This conveyancing had an added complication because one of the joint executors of the sale property lives in Taiwan. However, Kerry Rankine and Vincents were able to provide a five star legal service. Kerry was able to meet a tight completion deadline even though it involved quite a lot of international communication and document exchange. Particularly helpful was her clear, efficient communication and guidance thoughout this process. Would certainly recommend Vincents.
