My solicitor went above and beyond on completion day to get everything completed despite some issues, this was really appreciated . I found the app and all online communication a little impersonal and found I was needing to send lots of e mails to clarify things . Sometimes a face to face appointment is needed .However I would recommend and use again if I needed a solicitor .

We have recently moved house in formby. I used MBH as I have previously had positive involvement with them before. Samantha was our agent and she has been fantastic every step of the day, she has gone above and beyond and when a few issues arose close to completion she has been dealt with these problems and been responding to emails until 9pm at times. Definitely gone above and beyond to ensure completion. I would highly recommend MBH and certainly Samantha as an agent.

We've used MBH Solicitors twice now and had fantastic experiences both times, particularly with Caroline and her team. Done house sale with Caroline Rooks . Works extremely slow. My buyers has complained too, but was more interested to know who complained and not the issue itself. Lied about correspondence too , cos I asked my buyers and estate agent to see the replys from MBH after talking to her about it.
When it comes to the purchase that was even more shocking. My property had some issues with court proceedings that we didn't see it coming and I asked to speak to her about it and her direct replay was I should speak to my morgage broker. My morgage broker undeniably explained that I need to speak to her as only solicitor should talk to me about it . Was made to feel im inconvenience her.
Ive decided to move on to a different property and to different solicitor and I can tell you with experience and my current solicitor that I do not recomend MBH solicitor. Its like day and night when it comes to work ethic, communication and speed .
