We recently completed the purchase of our first home, and we truly cannot thank Karisma enough for her outstanding support throughout the process.
From start to finish, she was calm, professional, and incredibly helpful – even when things became complicated or stressful, she always took the time to explain everything clearly and kept us fully informed. I was advised to use this firm by a colleague, but unfortunately, my experience has not been satisfactory. I would strongly recommend ensuring that your case is not handled primarily by an intern, as this led to significant delays and unclear advice in my situation. While I appreciate the need for learning opportunities, the lack of communication and delayed responses to emails have been disappointing. I would appreciate it if someone from the firm could get in touch to discuss this further. Thank you.

Further to this the firms only contact has been 6 months later - where they are threatening court action unless I pay for a service which I have no received? Totally unprofessional, and threatening. Do not use this law firm.
