Mr Nadala was extremely courteous throughout a lengthy sale process. He responded promptly on all matters and was punctilious in overseeing the sale at auction which involved tight timescales. The office staff were always approachable and very cooperative in all matters.

Prompt responses and clear communication

The process of selling a property as an executor was handled pretty smoothly despite some unavoidable delays.
It was relatively easy to speak with, or message, the professional dealing with our case and replies were timely.

Great Conveyancer

Absolutely no complaints with the service I got from Natasha from their Blaby office. She was prompt and polite and were they still local to me I would be using them again. At no point did I feel obligated to chase for details. When there were difficulties communication was clear and prompt and all was resolved without drama.

My transaction (a typical freehold purchase, I would say) completed in less than 5 months and I don't think that was unreasonable. Really good, a Natasha is a credit to the firm.

Our new life.

After 45 years in the same house we decided to move. Everyone we ever dealt with previously were, like ourselves, “retired”. Having enquired, Laurie was recommended. We found her to be warm and friendly, patient and reassuring. We asked endless questions and she had time for every one of them. We got close to a sale and then disaster, the sale was off. Laurie was very understanding and when a new buyer appeared the paperwork was prepared again. Our new purchase was not straight forward, with endless details of a lease and an amalgamation of two properties but finally everything came together and we moved. We could not have wished for a better solicitor, ld happily recommend her to anyone starting out on the nightmare of moving house.

A client

This is without a doubt the most professional, fast and efficient service I have ever received from a solicitor. I joked to friends/family often it was like something landed on my solicitors desk and was dealt with within minutes! It did truly feel like this was the case, the service stood out that much. I was treated with respect and I felt well informed at all times. If I asked a question I was responded to quickly and it was just overall a great service. The sale of my mothers house was always going to be difficult for me and I cannot thank Gobindra Nadala enough for his integrity, professionalism and time. This is an honest review and I am very happy to provide it. I won't hesitate to use this solicitor/firm again for all my legal requirements. A seamless process, thank you so much Gobindra take care

I was advised to use this firm by a colleague, but unfortunately, my experience has not been satisfactory. I would strongly recommend ensuring that your case is not handled primarily by an intern, as this led to significant delays and unclear advice in my situation. While I appreciate the need for learning opportunities, the lack of communication and delayed responses to emails have been disappointing. I would appreciate it if someone from the firm could get in touch to discuss this further. Thank you.

Further to this the firms only contact has been 6 months later - where they are threatening court action unless I pay for a service which I have no received? Totally unprofessional, and threatening. Do not use this law firm.
