I cannot commend Ajantha highly enough for helping me migrate from a 20+ year old ILR status, evidenced by a passport stamp, to the new E-Visa.
This is something which should have been straightforward, but was not due to the grey areas the government had left in the process rules for people like me. Yet we had to act fast, as the government had not informed us of the need to migrate by a deadline which it had never communicated to us (I read about it in the press). Ajantha's judgement about how to proceed later proved to be spot-on once the government had clarified things.
Ajantha also communicated very clearly, helpfully and with sharp eyes about the documentation required and other steps to follow; set aside extra time to review additional language I wanted to get in the application; helped with unexpected, somewhat knotty complications around the biometric appointment; in short, she stayed the course even though the work involved was, I imagine, more than she anticipated when she took my case.
Her willingness to take the occasional after hours call and her arrangement of a very competent colleague to stand in when she unexpectedly had to travel for a time shows how conscientious she is. She also has a friendly professional manner.
In the end the E-Visa was granted (as she said it very likely would be), closing a nervous chapter for me. I hope I never need her help again, but if I do, she'd be my clear choice!
