I honestly don’t have the words to fully express how grateful I am to IBB Crime with HAL Solicitors. From the first phone call, I felt supported, listened to, and treated with real human compassion by Joanne Gibbons and her team. What I was facing was overwhelming, but they never made me feel like just another case. They truly cared.

Emily Miles, in particular, was extraordinary. She brought not just sharp legal insight, but kindness, calm, and unwavering commitment. Her guidance kept me grounded through the darkest moments, and in court, she was nothing short of brilliant, measured, prepared, and completely in control. Watching her work gave me confidence when I had very little of my own left.

Throughout everything, I knew I was in safe hands. The result spoke volumes about the care, effort, and professionalism that Emily, Joanne, and the entire team put into every step of the process.

I would just like to take this opportunity on behalf of Myself and family. To thank Jason Smith for his dedication and service he has given. His knowledge and work ethic is second to none. He showed empathy and belief in me throughout a long period of time. From being charged to crown court trail was an unusually long period of time due to various factors. Yet Jason was always there for me, making sure I was ok, giving me the best advice and planning an amazing defence. Even though I live a long way from IBB crime. I picked them after a recommendation and I couldn’t have been more blessed when Eddie Tang appointed Jason to take over my case. Jason felt like he became a friend, he put me at ease and I just can't thank him enough for his time. Simon Molyneux was Appointment by Jason to be my Barrister and wow! Did he choose the right guy. He was amazing. I was rightfully found not guilty of all changes and can finally live my life again for the first time in a long time, without these natural worries and stresses that your feel when placed in a horrible situation. Jason went above and beyond what I expected. If you need a solicitor, then IBB Crime law are amazing. And in my case, I will be forever grateful and indebted to Jason Smith. Thank you so Much.
