We recently worked with Ryan to complete the purchase of a commercial property and the service was excellent from start to finish.

Quick, realistic and pragmatic legal advice

My company has been working with Ryan and the team for over a year on a tricky multipul tenant/landlord issue. When I call for advise Ryan listens to the issue and gives clear and direct advice based on the law and the realistic interpretaion of it. He is open and honest about the timescales and the bumps we are likely to hit. While sometimes frustrating, this knowledge allows me to me good and competent decisions.
