Michael and Elizabeth at Bridge McFarland helped me through a freehold purchase (which fell through near exchange for unrelated reasons) and subsequently a leasehold which I recently completed on, so I went through effectively two transactions with them. The fact I stayed with them for the second round is already a clear endorsement. I am very happy with the speed (I was always able to tell the agent chasing me that "my solicitors have already gone back on this, we're waiting for feedback from the seller"), availability and advice received, and would definitely recommend their services.

We engaged Jonathan Hyldon to assist us with some property leases as part of the sale of our business. This was the first time we had used Jonathan as the partner we usually use was on leave.
We found Jonathan to be very professional and efficient. There was a few issues during the business sale, involving our bank, which Jonathan was able to sort very quickly, even coming to the TSB branch with us to make sure the transactions were completed by the bank, correctly.
I would recommend him 100& to anyone looking for a professional job, done with excellent communication. We felt that Jonathan went above and beyond to help us achieve our aims.
