Six Months of Delays, Poor Communication, and Broken Promises
If it were possible to give zero stars, I would. My house purchase has been ongoing for over six months, with repeated delays entirely from the firm’s side and nothing to do with the mortgage companies.
Initially, Lisa Adams handled the file and led us on for months without meaningful progress. Following a formal complaint, the CEO assigned Karen to take over and assured us that our case would be given priority. Unfortunately, the same problems continued, poor communication, no call-backs, no proactive chasing of matters, and ongoing delays.
For a time-sensitive transaction, this lack of urgency is unacceptable. It has caused significant stress and inconvenience. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this firm to anyone.
