Great service very efficient
Ruth is absolutely amazing, has gone through everything with a fine tooth comb. My questions were answered patiently and professionally. Additionally, Kirsty is very efficient getting me sorted, sending me much needed reminders. She has also accommodated a last minute change which I appreciated. I would certainly use them again in future. Very satisfied overall.

Both Ruth and Kirsty Rose, Ruth's were excellent in terms of customer service and sense of urgency in turning things around.
I was hoping to achieve a better settlement outcome from my employer via legal negotiations however this was purely down to my ex employer trying to keep their costs to an absolute minimum. Ruth did a great job of trying to achieve this for me and did manage to get part of my settlement figure tax free for me which was very much appreciated.
