Superb Conveyancing service!

We recently used Anne-Marie at Gilroy Steel for both the sale of our old home and the purchase of our new one, and the experience was excellent from start to finish.

Between myself, our Anne-Marie, and our estate agents, I genuinely felt we had the best team in the chain. As with any move, there were a few bumps and delays along the way, but Ann-Marie and her team were always just a phone call or an email away, ready to update us, give us their opinion and keep things moving forward.

Their professionalism, responsiveness, and friendly approach made what can be a stressful process so much smoother. I would definitely recommend them to anyone buying or selling a property.

Slow process no communication - Buckinham office.

They claim the conveyancing process should take 12-14 weeks. At the 14th week with no sign of exchanging or moving date. We have had virtually no communication from a Solicitor. Except when they thought we had not paid initial fee. We had on time but this held things up by 2 weeks. Only get to speak to an assistant, not even a legal secretary who seems to be swamped with work. It was suggested that I email her, still no response. Very poor.

I went to see one of the solicitors here who was condescending and arrogant about a family matter. He told me I should go see my GP not a solicitor. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a supportive and professional solicitor for family matters.
