I was directed to Gilroy Steel when the conveyance of my property was at risk. The support, guidance and professionalism shown by Leigh Anne Thorpe and her team was exceptional. It was a very stressful situation which she rescued. Communication was fantastic and the company acted at speed to resolve issues. I can’t thank them enough and will use them again if necessary.

Gilroy Steel navigated and resolved my Equity Release process. During this they also transferred the ownership of my property to me from my late wife's name. They also tidied up an anomaly with land registry. Nothing phased Amber Leggett. She acted swiftly and with total grip and knowledge . I have total confidence in this excellent company of solicitors.

Our sale and purchase was far from straightforward. We only made contact with our conveyancer Chloe Cotton who was excellent throughout. We cant thank her enough for the support and guidance she gave us.

To be fair we had no personal contact with Ms Thorne so our ratings are purely based on Chloe's input.
