We had used this firm before to get our Power of Attorneys put in place and Adrian had handled this for us. We asked him to do the conveyancing for the purchase of our house and the service was first class. Adrian is incredibly thorough and we had the utmost confidence that everything was fully investigated before anything was agreed. We were kept informed at every stage and everything was explained very clearly. There were a few things on the seller's end that needed chasing up and Adrian was on top of that, ensuring things were kept moving. We were lucky in that we were cash buyers and there was no chain, but we got the keys and moved in just over 5 weeks from the offer being accepted.
