Brilliant caring service given

We found ourselves in the position of having to use Sophie after the sad loss of my wife’s mum Margaret so it was not an easy time for any family members concerned at all .
Throughout the whole process we were treated sympathetically with care and respect and were supported throughout , anything we did not understand was explained to us as many times as needed .
Sophie was always just a phone call away if we needed any advice and if we got her voicemail due to her being busy she always got back to us with in 24-48 hours. This made the whole upsetting situation of losing a much loved one a lot easier.

Welcome Guidance Though Legalese

Following my partner’s death, I had to deal with renewing my will and getting a Lasting Power of Attorney in place for the future. My solicitor was welcoming and explained the various options, making sure my new will was as I wished and clearly stated, was done in a sympathetic and timely manner. Obtaining an LPA is a complicated process and does take a long time (approx. five months). This had been explained, so there was no panic as the months passed by. Both these processes are now complete and I would definitely recommend Lanyon Bowdler having been a client for many years.
