I instructed Lanyon Bowdler to help sell my property earlier this year and have nothing but praise for them. From day 1, I felt that communication was clear, the sale progressed in a timely manner and I had full support throughout. Any questions that I had were answered quickly and at no point did I ever feel anxious or stressed. My Solicitor was Emma Jones who alongside, Legal Support Assistant, Chloe Thomas, both helped make this sale smooth and efficient. I’m very happy with the service that Lanyon Bowdler have provided over the changing of my will. A very personal service and I was kept informed of all the paperwork that needed to be filled in. It was all done over the phone and paperwork through the post, as I don’t have the internet. I will definitely recommend to family and friends.

Although the complete process took around two years to finish due to probate and land registry issues, Lanyon Bowdler were helpful, patient and professional in all my dealing with them.
