THE BEST SOLICITOR EVER

Victoria was undoubtably one of the best solicitors we’ve ever used. She was always so fast to respond no matter what time of day it was, always going above and beyond for us. Nothing was ever too much of an ask. Unlike many other solicitors she was very personal and made the whole house buying/selling process as easy as possible. We don’t have a single bad word to say. Gayle did the conveyancing work on my house purchase and was incredibly clear and helpful on what was going on and gave great instruction on what I was required of myself. She was very thorough and found issues that others wouldn't have which helped with the purchase. I wouldn't use anyone else!

Amazing support

Gayle gave us amazing support in our house sale/ purchase. All information was given in a friendly, professional manner, which was very easily understandable. A load of unprofessional bandits

It would be hard to describe the appalling service we received from this crowd of bandits without using swear words. Despite having a named person dealing with the sale and the name of her supervisor, we have now been waiting 16 days with nothing but silence from either of us for a sale to complete. They have everything they need, the buyer is able and ready to complete, we're able to complete, and yet when we ask for an update we're ignored and it's dragging on and on with no reasons whatsoever given for the delay. I'm going to have to report them to the SRA very soon. They need a rocket up their backsides. PLEASE, EVERYONE, SAVE YOURSELF THE STRESS AND DO NOT USE THIS BUNCH OF IDIOTS. Go and employ a professional company as well, one that has the right skills and is capable of communication with their clients.
