First Rate Service with a smile!

I will have no hesitation in recommending Paula as a property solicitor to family, friends and work colleagues.
Paula is the perfect mix of professional and personable which is a rare find in today’s market. Her experience, knowledge and quiet confidence really put me at ease at times when it could so easily have become stressful. Paula recently handled my first solo purchase in over 20 years and at no point did she ever make me feel that any question was unreasonable or silly or that I was unnecessarily taking up her time. Despite being a finance professional, I was still blindsided by the amount of documentation and proof of funds required when completing a purchase today due to the new anti-scamming laws and Paula calmly led me through the whole process with ease.

My partner and I had a brilliant experience with Victoria and the Nexa team especially, as selling our property with HTB involved was very new to us as this was the first property we have ever sold. House sale

We were recommended to use Victoria by our estate agent and we are so glad they did. She provided a fantastic service from start to finish and ensured that our sale progressed quickly and successfully. The Perfect Solicitor

Paula has been the perfect solicitor for our conveyancing. Excellent professional service throughout the whole process. She always replied quickly to emails and was easy to contact by phone as well.
