Svitlana Shlapak helped me very much with my visa. I applied for the Ukrainian scheme but after 4 months I still did not have my BRP. They later said that they were leaning towards a refusal and that is why I didn’t get my BRP yet. Svitlana helped me chase them with all the relevant documents and soon after I got my BRP.
She was very professional and very helpful!

I asked Svitlana for help in order to get brp which I couldn’t get for 5 months. Thanks to her work and high professionalism, getting my brp was fast and successful. Svitlana is very responsive to her clients’ needs and deeply cares about those she helps.
