The First Lady assigned to our file took over a week to reply to each question we had, and never answered them in full so had to keep going back to her.
New lady seemed better at first but then when our seller became difficult she was no help at all, did not keep us up to date with progress and then got obviously annoyed with us when we kept asking for updates. To top it off they then got our final bill wrong and are now saying we owe them an extra £700. We’ve raised a formal complaint 5 weeks ago and it took them 3 weeks to send us an auto generated acknowledgement. Appalling, made a stressful situation even more stressful.
