I believe that it was only by speedy responses and professionalism from the solicitors that we were able to sell and buy a residential property within 8 weeks. Chris explained the process clearly, providing good advice and we were kept aware promptly the stages of buying and selling at all times. This company provides good value and Chris has a wealth of great legal knowledge to deal with the land issues.

We recently sold and bought with Morr and Co, Oxted. Karim Khassal was recommended to us and we are so glad we signed up with him. He is outstanding. Efficient, quick (which is what you need when buying/selling), always had time and patience for any questions we had and guided us through a process we hadn't been through for 28 years.
