This was an incredibly bumpy sale with too many issues to list here. Jonathan negotiated our way through each problem keeping us informed and advised throughout. In spite of what our agent was telling us, Jonathan ensured we came through unscathed. He also managed to keep things moving when other parties seemed determined to make things as slow as possible.

Even though I had to have different solicitors dealing with my late Fathers Will each of them were very good and the handovers happened incredibly smoothly. I was kept in touch each step of the way and the whole procedure was completed in just over a year and this included the sale of a property.

We were very pleased with the support we received from Jonathan and the team throughout the process. Very straightforward approach and always swift to respond so as to avoid unwanted delays to a time-sensitive process.
