Had a workplace injury and Thompsons were more than happy to help. David talked me through every stage, from a phone call to get the fine details, organising appointments for x-rays and other things, David was a pleasure to deal with. When my late husband, David, started the claim for his mesothelioma, he said that Gill was friendly, kind and professional. After his death I took over the claim. Gill was all he said and much more. She was very sympathetic and patiently explained everything to me at a very difficult time. Throughout the time the claim took Gill was always friendly, very supportive and I always felt she explained everything very clearly. I cannot thank her enough for her expertise and how she guided my claim to an excellent conclusion. I and my family know David would feel the same and on his behalf, once again, I can only say thank you, Gill.

After an accident at work, my union suggested that I take legal action and referred me to Thompsons solicitors. All communication was fully explained and I was kept informed throughout the whole process (around 3.5 years from start to settlement). David was very knowledgeable and approachable when I had questions or needed things explained.

I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional service we received from Thompsons Solicitors, particularly from our legal barrister, Gill. Gill represented my mum in a personal injury claim related to mesothelioma, and from start to finish, she was nothing short of amazing.
Gill was incredibly compassionate and understanding towards my mum throughout the entire process. Dealing with such a sensitive and difficult claim, her empathy made a significant difference. We were kept fully informed at every single stage, which was incredibly reassuring. Gill truly gave a personal touch; no question was too small, and nothing was too much bother for her.
