Thoughtful, first class communication. I require paperwork in an alternative format which causes issues for most companies. Not a problem for Amy & support staff - all paperwork was easy for me to navigate & understand. Soo grateful, as this often isn't the case, or I have to wait several weeks to get it in that alternative format. Their understanding about my situation was also great - I was treated as a person, not a disabled person who's a problem to be managed.

Fantastic service and extremely quick.

We bought a house and had to sell ours, so expected the process to be lengthy. But Hana was straight to the point and efficient with everything.
Overall the whole process only took 11 weeks and that is including the Christmas period.
Would definitely recommend.
