Title plan not to TP1
I bought a new build property which recommended Talbots to me. I thought everything was smooth at first but after completion issues kept arising. The conveyancer Will Parker did not check the title plan properly and it does not match the one on the TP1 even though he helped me dispute my first boundary issue before completion. Now they refuse to speak to me. Another issue is I signed for completion with the pretense a re-inspection was completed. After a few safety hazards occurred, I requested the evidence of the re-inspection but both the developer and Will failed to provide any evidence and his reasoning was that they are allowed to take their word for it. On top of that, I discovered a secondary boundary issue which they state is not within their retainer despite the developer confirming they have not honoured the plans on the TP1.
