I can honestly say that everything was dealt with professionally and and made a difficult time more bearable. Calling into the office, I felt I was greeted with pleasant regard. Really friendly and accommodating.

Excellent service from Louise and Zoe. Very helpful, polite and friendly. The sale of the house went through very smoothly with no complications and we were always informed of the progress and anything we needed to know. Most of the communication was through email but they were always available for us to call into the office and speak to them if we needed to. We appreciate the work they did for us and would definitely use them again.

I feel now a good working relationship has been built for future legal consultation if required.
I was also grateful and surprised to accept a gift token, being the first client of the new Ison Harrison Queensbury office branch.

Magdalena and her team in ISON Harrison have been helping us since we purchase our first property till the time we sold it. The process is not always easy and the amount of time of waiting , emails and phone calls unto completion. Magdalena and her team has been always patient and kind to answer all our questions . Throughout the last 5 yrs dealing with my litigation Diane Askel has been by my side, not only guiding and advising me on my case and getting the best result for me under difficult situation dealing with an extremely frustrating defendant. Diane showed and spoke to me with empathy and compassion at all times. Diane explained the procedures and guided me through every step with patience and in lay persons words to help me understand .All I can say she was a 'person' before being a solicitor which what made this awful process bearable.

Me and my wife was booked in to get our will updated, unfortunately with the traffic my wife was late, when I mentioned this to receptionist she was very rude and wanted a full explanation why!!!
Then I was greeted by a very rude solicitor and when I tried to explain my situation he was arrogant and dismissive, that’s was enough for me I stood up and left the building and would not give a second more of my time never mind my money!

Whilst some of the growth has been facilitated through acquiring other smaller firms, most has been organic as a consequence of clients recommending us or returning for additional services. As you can see the firm has enjoyed substantial growth over the past decade. We have always taken the view that standing still as a business is not an option for us. We have seen many law firms either go out of business or reduce in size over the years and we were determined not to struggle in the same way. We have therefore constantly looked to improve. We have looked for opportunities to grow our profile, the number of our offices, and the breadth of services that we offer. We have looked for ways to improve our internal processes, employee engagement and how we deal and communicate with clients. All partners and managers recognise the importance of communication and set the tone within the firm employing honest, open and prompt communication with clients and colleagues alike.
