We have used various solicitors for different issues and we can honestly say that Emily was the best we have dealt with. She was professional but still friendly and explained everything to us in terms that we understood. There were certain stages in the transaction that were problematic, and she explained the circumstances to us and was then tenacious in trying to come up with answers for us. She was great at communicating with us which to us was extremely important. Overall we had a very good experience and excellent service. We would definitely recommend and use again.

Sold my house via the Silsden office recently. Stuart Rowland was the solicitor but I'm sure he won't mind me saying that Lily the paralegal was my primary contact and is a credit to the office. She was conscientious and determined. Everything was dealt with promptly and efficiently to complete the sale in two months at a busy time due to stamp duty changes. Couldn't ask for a better service.

Dealing with Walker Foster Solicitors and in particular Emily Throup and Sarah Bright was easy and straightforward. Emily and Sarah were clear and polite in their communications with us. Emily was very driven and pushed to move things forward with the sale while providing us with all the relevant information, as well as telling us exactly what we needed to do clearly and concisely. Emily and Sarah were always ahead of the other parties in the chain and they were easy to get in touch with by phone or email. We would strongly recommend using Walker Foster Solicitors and in particular Emily and Sarah.

I had dealt with WF previously and had a good experience (residential) so it only made sense for me to use them again when acquiring a commercial property. I was disappointed due to:
- was not fully kept up to date.
- the lady that was dealing with me was rude.
- I sensed WF was very money hungry.
- I did most of the chasing myself (even though I was paying them to do this).
When they invoiced me over 10% of the actual sale I was shocked. If you want to overpay and do most of the chasing yourself then reach out to them. I will NOT use them again. Sadly, the owner's mindset of money grabbing filters through to the team.
