Began with a pleasant experience however quickly turned sour. Our solicitor kept going on leave without informing anyone, therefore we could never move forward. She never handed our case over to anyone at this time so we were stuck. She was supposed to be withdrawing funds for a house purchase, however never chased them up therefore we had to do her work for her to get them in time to complete. She never updated the other solicitor or estate agents and did one of her disappearing acts on the day we were supposed to exchange contracts, without telling anyone. We were very upset and overwhelmed by this and felt we were spending all our time clearing up after her. After hearing great things we now feel very let down and what was supposed to be a pleasant experience, completely ruined.

Mariette had clearly explained the process of selling our property at the outset.
The whole procedure documented and followed on email saving costs and time.
Very prompt at replies.
it was a very quick process, much better than we could ever have imagined with the sale going through from the offer date to moving in 6 weeks.
We were delighted to have the money in the bank, with all the checks going smoothly we felt in safe hands.
