This is my fourth time using Ryan law and yet again their efficiency is amazing.
Emily and the team respond quickly to queries and update on the progress even before the agent has time to inform me.
I can contact them whenever I need to.
I will never use a large 'blue team' solicitor again where too many people are involved and you spend your life chasing them.
And the sale went through before the SDLT deadline - so probably saved me money..

We used Ryan Property Law for both the sale of our former house and the purchase of our new house, our solicitor Clare Leckenby and her team were very helpful and communicative throughout the whole process, we always felt as though we could ask any questions we needed to and everything was responded to in a timely manner, this is the second time we’ve bought a house and Ryan Property Law we’re much better than the solicitors we used the first time around, we would definitely use them again in the future if needed and would recommend to anyone looking for property solicitors.
