Ryan Property Law LLP

This was the first time we’d bought a house in over 30 years, so I wasn’t quite sure where to start. After a little online research, I opted for Ryan Property Law simply because they’re local and have excellent reviews, and I’m so glad I did.

In hindsight I think we were a little naive in thinking that a private cash purchase would be quick – as it turned out, the involvement of probate solicitors meant the process dragged on longer than we anticipated. But as our self-imposed deadline approached and we started to panic, Ryan Property Law moved quickly, decisively and calmly to get the project over the line. Their approach was professional and thorough, making the whole process smooth and (relatively) stress-free.

At this stage in my life, I’m not planning to buy property again, but if I do I wouldn't hesitate to use Ryan Property Law again. Recommended!

This is my fourth time using Ryan law and yet again their efficiency is amazing.
Emily and the team respond quickly to queries and update on the progress even before the agent has time to inform me.

We used Ryan Property Law for both the sale of our former house and the purchase of our new house, our solicitor Clare Leckenby and her team were very helpful and communicative throughout the whole process, we always felt as though we could ask any questions we needed to and everything was responded to in a timely manner, this is the second time we’ve bought a house and Ryan Property Law we’re much better than the solicitors we used the first time around, we would definitely use them again in the future if needed and would recommend to anyone looking for property solicitors.
