Kayleigh has been excellent in helping to complete our house sale for us. Tracy was very prompt at responding to my initial enquiry sent to the general Wilsons email address on their website. Tracy is very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and proactive - she is a pleasure to deal with, nothing is too much trouble.
Oliver has dealt with the conveyancing aspect of my query in transferring a property into my sole name. He is an absolute gem - he is very thorough, professional, reliable, reassuring and knowledgeable. He has been willing to go above and beyond on several occasions answering my never ending questions (probably repeating himself) with a calm and patient approach. He is able to cut through the legal speak and phrase his emails in easy to understand layman's terms - which I found very helpful. He has made a stressful situation a lot easier to cope with by keeping me in the loop at regular intervals. I felt in very safe hands. The fees were not astronomical either.
