On all three properties, communication between us and the Solicitor was excellent, very responsive and thorough, and no judgement on some of the questions I asked. Sam has dealt with two property sales for me this year and in both cases she has been outstanding. She has kept me informed and up to date with the process, always responded to emails and queries promptly and on the second case visited my aunt, who was selling the property, with the required paperwork to make it easier for my aunt and myself. I have been extremely satisfied with the service and professionalism I have received.

Richard was very professional and yet caring when helping me to write my will. He was patient and gave me plenty of opportunity to advise him of my wishes and made sure that I fully understood all of the process. He followed this up after a draft copy was sent and some amendment's were made and then before everything was signed again he went through all of the documents and made sure that I fully understood what was written and that it contained all of my personal wishes.

We are a long established East Anglian practice with eight offices serving West Norfolk & Cambridgeshire and one of the major firms in the area in terms of size and expertise.
