We have used Ward Gethin in the past but this was our first time buying a property. Our first buy fell through and our 2nd attempt has just been completed. Claire was absolutely amazing both times. Very thorough and we felt that we could trust Claire and the team to do what was right for us so that we wouldn’t have any issues if/when we come to sell. Highly recommended.

In two words "Superb Service" We have moved home many times over 35 years (12 times) in many differing areas so are no strangers to the rigours of home moving. We have experienced the good, Bad and the Ugly and all stations in between. We received personal, prompt, courteous and professional service from Debbie and her team, including the front of office staff when we first called at their Swaffham office to "check out" the reception.
Debbie was patient, reassuring and nothing was too much trouble, we enjoyed a virtually trouble free experience despite several issues which were uncovered, all dealt with and dispatched with a minimum of fuss.
Without a doubt one of the most pleasent and trouble free moves we have experienced, all down to the extreme professionalism and `can do` attitude of Debbie PEARCE - Thank you.

Initially it was hard to get a call back but I’m glad I persevered. Debbie was very helpful and understanding. My sale wasn’t a straightforward case but Debbie was very knowledgeable and helpful. She kept me informed throughout the whole process and offered plenty of support and guidance. I felt in very safe hands with Debbie and they sale was concluded without any drama or delays. I've had nothing but good experience with WGA since the start of the year after my mother sadly passed. James was very good and quick with organising probate and Claire was also very good with helping me sell her house. They were both very professional, efficient, got back to me quickly, no question was too big or small, and Nicola too was really good and kept me well in the loop. Two very difficult processes made easier by very good solicitors.

We are a long established East Anglian practice with eight offices serving West Norfolk & Cambridgeshire and one of the major firms in the area in terms of size and expertise. A full range of legal services is offered by highly qualified personnel: solicitors and legal executives with the support of other well trained and experienced staff.
