I found WGA very easy to deal with. They were very proactive in moving our house sale through the process from start to finish. I was particularly impressed with at the time they took to guide me through the legal process particularly as I was executing the requirement of a will which meant there were some additional legal steps we had to take. I found their staff very friendly and competent.

I first came across Ward Gethin Archer after a recommendation by the estate agent I used to buy my first house in 2016. Natasha Tickle handle my purchase and was very efficient so when it came to selling my house and buying in 2025, I did not hesitate to contact the firm again to see if Natasha was still available. My sale has been straightforward but my purchase has not, in all these knowing that Natasha was on the case calmed my nerves. Natasha responds to questions in a timely manner, kept me updated and explained various sections of the process quite well so I did not feel lost. My sale is now complete and I’ve had to restart my purchase, I’m keep to retain Natasha as I am confident in how Natasha deals with the process. In all these knowing madness of buying and selling..having Natasha handling the process has been an absolute blessing.
I would not hesitate to recommend Natasha Tickle and Ward Gethin Archer as solicitors. If I do need an other services, I will definitely use them

I had miscalculated the completion date and Jenna was superb in the way she reacted and managed to save me a potentially embarrassing situation. Second time of using WGA this year, this time for a property sale ( out of area). Cannot recommend Louise and her secretary, Sally, highly enough.
It was difficult at times the other side, not WGA, were not on the ball and dragging their heels.
Louise and Sally worked tirelessly, chasing and pushing this sale through.
