The transaction was rather complex involving rural properties and a management company, but I'm delighted to say that Steph Brayshay, assisted by Lizzie Crowther, did a fantastic job getting everything over the line by the 31 March deadline. My experience with SAS Daniels and Steph Lyke specifically was remarkable.
Steph persisted through what was one of the most complex conveyancing cases.
Steph was always reachable by phone and helpful.
I am particularly impressed by how Steph handled obstacles, including delays with the seller’s solicitor which meant that there was a risk we couldn’t complete before the mortgage offer expired.
Steph went above and beyond to get the mortgage completed. She understood my unique personal circumstances and went above and beyond expectations to complete before the deadline. Her tenacity was particularly noted

I can’t recommend Steph Brayshay at SAS Daniels LLP enough. She was everything you’d hope for in a solicitor, responsive, incredibly efficient, and so patient in explaining anything I didn’t understand or was worried about. I’d spoken to a couple of solicitors before finding her, and had already experienced the typical delays and poor communication people often warn about when buying a property. But with Steph, it was the complete opposite, she was always one step ahead, kept me informed at every stage, and made the whole process feel smooth and manageable.
A big thank you as well to Lizzy Crowther, her assistant, who had the same quality of service, lovely to deal with and always quick to help and keep me informed. I’d absolutely go back to SAS Daniels & Steph again for any future purchase, working with them was genuinely a pleasure.

Absolutely outstanding service! Worth their fees in gold.
Partner Andrew Clark and senior associate Sam Alexander Lyon worked tirelessly on what started out as an easy transaction and quickly became more complicated than expected.
They took the time to understand my positions, make me aware thoroughly of the risks, were very clearly excellent at communication with me. We managed to complete the transaction in time before the SDLT increase and get favourable position on the deal largely due to the excellent skills displayed by Andrew and Sam.
As a solicitor myself, I cannot recommend them heavily enough (especially if your purchase/sale is one that has specific timelines).
