Simply outstanding!

Just wow! We have never, ever had a service provided by a solicitor that has been as outstanding as Louise and Kayleigh (Stockport branch) have provided. We have recently sold our family home and purchased our new home through a probate company. The amount of hoops we had to jump through to secure this sale was insane! Without Louise, we’d definitely have lost the house and would’ve found ourselves homeless. She is an absolute credit to her profession and I challenge you to find a better solicitor! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Steph Lyke and SAS Daniels were recommended to me, and I couldn't be happier with the service they gave me over the last few months. We were selling a property, extending a lease, and negotiating a house purchase, all concurrently. Steph was exactly what I wanted - and needed! - from a solicitor: absolutely on top of her brief, an excellent communicator, and most importantly, I always felt like she was fighting my corner during any negotiations with other solicitors. In other words, I felt the necesary work was being done by a team that were experts in their field - very reassuring during a stressful time. I live in London, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend SAS Daniels to anyone either in the Cheshire area or further afield.

Absolutely wonderful Solicitor firm and Florence is an absolute star!

We were recommended SAS Daniels by a local Estate Agents and although they were outside of our local area, chose to try them due to their positive relationship with the agent. I’m so glad we did - we had quite a difficult property sale that involved a lot of chasing from our Solicitor Florence and I can whole heartedly say, she was exceptional at her job - she had clear communication, she was kind, explained things in a way which helped us understand, was personable and professional and helped us so much. Our initial sale fell through and Florence supported us, and then jumped straight back onto the file when we found a new buyer to ensure that everything went smoothly and I can’t thank her and recommend her enough. This is our 3rd time buying a property and she was by far the best Solicitor I’ve ever come across. Thank you so much SAS Daniels and Florence, I would highly recommend to anyone.

Excellent, efficient, responsive expertise on tight deadlines

Anna was amazing, quick efficient and provided great advice on a long standing dispute we had with a neighbour. We had to draw up an agreement in very short time over the Christmas period and Anna was super helpful and accommodating to help us achieve our deadlines. Without doubt would recommend Anna and her firm...so professional it was so refreshing dealing with people that were efficient and did things when they promised.
