Maisie is excellent and really on the ball with everything. I had to wait a long time to complete due to the other parties solicitors being extremely slow. I fear I'd still be waiting if it wasn't for Maisie chasing up matters. I would highly recommended Maisie and SAS Daniels and I would definitely use them again in the future.

Very Helpful and Responsive- definitely would recommend

We were recommended Kelly Few at SAS Daniels by our mortgage broker and were really pleased that they did! Kelly was super organised and thorough, always on the end of the phone to answer any questions we had, talked us through in a clear way some of the complexities of our house move, and was very happy for us when we had exchanged (because there was a slight delay from further up the chain) which to me indicated she does care about her clients. We always felt she was there to support us Also good value for the time she invested in us. We would definitely recommend SAS Daniels and Kelly and her team.

Thorough, timely and thoughtful

Libby and Georgia were great. Both sides of the chain had issues with their solicitors, as have most people I have spoken to recently on the subject. It's the second time they have assisted with us moving house and there's never been an issue. I would definitely use them again if we have to move in the future.

Excellent conveyancing experience

Kelly simplified everything she could for us as we sold our house to buy a new one. She handled both buy side and sell side, and was very clear and professional in her communication with us via email. Whenever we spoke on the phone to ask for advice, she was friendly and helpful, which we were very appreciative of as we didn't fully understand all parts of the process. Overall, I don't think we could or would ask for anything different if we needed this service again, I would definitely recommend her to others.

Sas Daniels provided an outstanding service during both the sale and purchase of my home in London, expertly navigating what turned out to be a very complex chain.

Max and Lisa were consistently available by phone, which made a huge difference during such a stressful process. Max, in particular, was a pleasure to work with—highly experienced, approachable, and always focused on protecting my legal interests with great care and diligence.

He ensured that every step of the transaction, especially regarding the vendor’s chain and the final contract, was handled meticulously. His consistent availability gave me a great deal of comfort and confidence throughout.
