First class service from the minute you walk in the door

This review is for a different branch.

From the second I walked in their Tynemouth office the lovely lady on the reception desk put my mind at ease.

Within half an hour I had a phone call from Anthony Willis and he went through everything with me, even on a Friday after closing time. He listened and helped me make sense of everything that I was facing.

From then on in I was kept up-to-date and and I never felt a burden.

I have recommended him and BHP Law and I will continue to do so.

Thanks to Anthony Willis I had the best possible experience through what was potentially a traumatic time having been made redundant.
From the moment I made contact with Blackett Hart and Pratt I was completely impressed with the professionalism and level of customer service from Anthony and his secretary through to the receptionists at the Faverdale branch. Everything was dealt with swiftly by Anthony, explained thoroughly, and I felt that he was going the extra mile for me.
I would highly recommend and wouldn't hesitate to use this firm again.

Great advice and swift turnaround time

I was unfortunately in a position where I required a very quick turnaround during a redundancy process at work and only had 4 days to source a lawyer and complete paperwork. Anthony was amazing from the beginning and put my mind at ease about the process, provided great advice and a very quick turnaround to ensure deadlines were met. He was very friendly and answered all of my questions. I would definitely use his services again in the future and recommend him to others.

Being the first time I've needed a solicitor I wasn't sure what to expect, and I couldn't be happier. Anthony was informative and helpful throughout our dealings, took the time to explain everything at a level I would understand. Reasonable in every regard and got the matter resolved quickly. Anthony came highly recommend to me, to help me with my employment matter. At what was a difficult time for me, Anthony was extremely helpful, professional, personable, and patient with me. He is extremely knowledgeable and experienced with employment law and articulated matters/clauses so that I have full understanding of the applicable areas of law. Anthony was first class from start to finish, jumping to support me at short notice and making himself available when I had questions throughout my employment law matter. He is very generous with his time when you need it, but also straight to the point when required. I have no hesitation whatsoever giving Anthony a 5-star recommendation and will personally recommend him to family, friends or colleagues in future should they have any employment law needs. Brilliant solicitor aside, a very nice and fun man too.
