I dealt with EMG Solicitors in the recent sale of my property. Shannon was a breath of fresh air compared to some of the solicitors I have dealt with in the past. She was very quick to respond to emails, very friendly and dealt with the conveyancing very efficiently. I had a solicitor I had to chase a number of times with no response to emails, I eventually called to find out what was happening at which point a lovely solicitor called Lauren picked up my case, she was fantastic and corrected and updated lots of information that wasn’t captured initially. Unfortunately I can only score this review on the solicitor that’s pre populated in this for and was the initial solicitor. Lauren redeemed my faith in this firm as months of waiting with also no response or update left me feeling frustrated. Lauren Pearson isn’t in the list for me to recognise as a fantastic solicitor with great communication skills and human, well done Lauren.
Unfortunately as this is based on the solicitor I was initially given I’ve scored 1

Sarah-Lyn Strong worked tirelessly to support me in a disputed capacity case both before and during a Court of Protection hearing. Sarah-Lyn at all times demonstrated a caring and sensitive attitude that helped me to feel that someone was in my side during a very difficult legal process.
I had confudence that with Sarah-Lyn's support and that if the barristers she instructed we would eventually win my case, which we did! It was complex and brutal but I survived it in no small part because of the legal support I received. But it was not just the excellent legal advice and representation that was invaluable. Primarily I would recommend Sarah-Lyn to anyone seeking a solicitor who needs representation from someone capable of managing with compassion, a client with severe mental health issues.
