Superb Service

I found Sarah to be an absolute pleasure to deal with. Everything was clearly described to me and I was kept updated throughout. It is always a stressful time buying a house but this was greatly minimised.

Absolutely brilliant Solicitors would highly recommend

Rebecca was highly recommended to assist us with the sale of our company. From our initial telephone conversation to completion and beyond we could not have asked more. Clear, concise communications, super dedication to the job and a pleasure to deal with. It’s a stressful time but Rebecca and her team worked tirelessly to ensure everything was dealt with calmly and with absolute efficiency with communication we could understand. We cannot recommend Rebecca and Stephanie enough. Excellent legal advice and the fees charged we thought we worth every penny.

Divorce Case

My engagement with Tozers lasted for 8 months and I found them to be extremely professional and concise as you would expect any law firm to be, however through my interactions with Fiona Wadey (Senior Associate) she brought with her an air of genuine care and thoughfulness, which made a big difference to what is never a nice process to go through. I always felt well informed on all matters, from the legal proceedings and my case specifics, through to general information on divorce precedents and their financial impacts. Fiona was well supported with Cassie Suanders (Paralegal) who was always very timely in her correspondance with me. A sincere thank you to both of them. I will highly recommend Tozers based on my experience.

Sophie Palk was brilliant - she managed (in two meetings) to sort out our wills which previously, three other Legal firms were unable to do. She was polite, professional and understanding of our needs and acted quickly to resolve our issues. What a pleasure to deal with someone to caring and knowledgeable!

Jess Betts was excellent with her Conveyancing in the sale of my current property and purchase of a new build. Whilst the transaction did not go through in the end she was very understanding and was always contactable and approachable. I was even offered a reduced price after the sale fell through as a good will gesture. Whilst they are not on the panel for my current new build property I would certainly use Tozers in Exeter again. The advice they have given has always been excellent. Thanks Jess and the team.
