Exceptional Support - Very Patient and thorough engagement

Teaghan has been absolutely superb with supporting through a house purchase. Teaghan helped us with purchasing our property and ensured the attention to detail to make sure everything is in order and avoiding any issues.

In fact, Teaghan's attention to detail helped us to ensure we didn't purchase a property which had a series of legal issues and worked to ensure all issues were resolved.

Working with Teaghan really did help us feel that we were in safe hands, and make sure that all the issues which occur during a conveyance process were tackled with the utmost professionalism. Teaghan also went above and beyond to speed up the process.

It was a real pleasure to work with Teaghan and I will be returning the next time I require legal support.

AVOID BEING LET DOWN LAST MINUTE

Worst law firm ever. AVOID USING SERVICES unless you want to be let down last minute and loose the mortgage on your property because they can't fo job properly.
Now I have to start all over again due to solicitors incompetence. Funny enough they expect me to pay fees, which aren't cheap for SERVICES I DIDN'T RECEIVE.
Tried to call, no one ever answers and when they, they tell you to stop ringing.
6 months later I have to start again with the stress again.
POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. COMUNICATION GOES ONE WAY, BARELY REPLY. SCAM. LIARS.
They only started my files week before mortgage offer runs out 🙄. Contacted complaint team. Still waiting 🙄

Excellent service when moving home

We had Charlee Purnell from Taylor Rose acting as the solicitor for our house sell and purchase. From start to completion, Charlee was organised and efficient, always quick to respond and helpful with stepping us through the complicated process. She was also super friendly, especially with answering any questions that I asked. If I needed solicitor support in the future, I’d definitely contact Charlee again.

Excellent, Efficient & Stress-Free Remortgage Service

I recently used Rebeka Begum for my remortgage, and I couldn’t be more impressed. The entire process was handled with exceptional efficiency and professionalism. Everything was completed promptly and without any stress – communication was clear throughout, and any questions I had were answered quickly and thoroughly.

It’s rare to find such a smooth legal experience, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing conveyancing services.

I've already recommended her to friends and family, and I’ll definitely be using her again in the future. A truly professional and reliable solicitor – thank you for making the whole experience so easy!

Slow & then little interest in fixing

Was provided their name from a panel when taking out a remortgage.
Over 10 days from the release of the offer and no contact, call them to be told they have no idea. 3 days later a call to confirm email, nothing else. 4 more days and still nothing.
Worst service so far and I've had a lot of mortgages in my life so far.

Extremely Disappointed with the Service from Michael Brazier – Taylor

While Taylor Rose may have a strong overall rating, your experience will depend entirely on who is assigned to your case. In my situation, I was assigned Mr. Michael Brazier, and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing—especially as this was my first property purchase in the UK.

My initial interaction with Michael was promising. He assured me of weekly updates, prompt responses, and thorough handling of all paperwork. However, once the payment was made, his tone changed noticeably and the service quality began to decline rapidly. Sadly, none of his initial commitments were fulfilled.

Michael often came across as short-tempered and easily irritated. He took an extended leave of around two weeks without informing me, leaving me completely in the dark about the status of the transaction. During that time, I repeatedly heard from the seller’s side that they were ready to proceed but were waiting on Michael, who had not completed or submitted required paperwork.

There were multiple delays throughout the process—not due to any external obstacles, but because of his lack of initiative and poor follow-up. When key documents finally arrived, his approach was to forward them with a generic “Go through and let me know if you have questions.” He only ever raised the exact queries I explicitly asked for—there was no professional review, guidance, or value-add on his part.

To make things worse, basic errors—like incorrect names and addresses—were present in official documents he prepared. These mistakes reflect a complete lack of attention to detail.

When I asked for an escalation contact due to these ongoing issues, he refused to provide one and responded aggressively. I had to take the initiative to find out who his supervisor was and copy them into emails. Michael then began removing them from the email thread, insisting that escalation was unnecessary and that he was “working on it.”

It became clear that he was willing to skip crucial steps in the process if the buyer expressed urgency—raising serious concerns about how thoroughly documents were being reviewed or validated.

In summary, working with Michael was extremely frustrating. I had to rely heavily on Google, online forums, and my own research to push the deal forward—something I never expected from a legal professional handling a major financial transaction.

My advice: Be very cautious when choosing Taylor Rose, and especially if Michael Brazier is assigned to your case. Taylor Rose appears to use independent contractors, which means your experience can vary drastically. What should have been an exciting milestone quickly turned into an unnecessarily stressful ordeal.
