Excellent management of our estate. Guided us through the probate process, was fully up to speed on all the issues and complications of our circumstances. Kept us informed of progress, and managed expectations on timeline, specifically HMRC backlog. Everything right first time, was kind, polite, professional, authentic. Estate Administration excellent services provided
Florence Gardner has provided a consistently excellent Estate Administration service for the Estate of my late Aunt. In what has at times seemed very complicated and with multiple parties involved, Florence has always provided clear and timely updates and promptly provided additional updates every time they have been requested. Florence’s attention to detail has been evident throughout our dealings with her and she has a very strong and hard working work ethic. Florence’s additional support in terms of providing additional contacts and liaising with them closely on our behalf has been invaluable. I would highly recommend Florence and would definitely request her to work on any Estate administration I might be involved in again.

Impeccable Service
We used the services of Sills and Betteridge to help us with the legal minefield of selling my late Mums house. This was not a straightforward sale due to a number of complexities which were sent to try us. Our solicitor Sue Ross and her wonderful Support Yvonne Kilburn were always at hand to take the strain and find a solution to every situation that occurred. First class service. They do what they say they will do. No messing about and no unexpected bills at the end. I will use their services again without doubt . Thank you very much you have been amazing.

I highly recommend Sills and Betteridge Solicitors. We used them recently on the sale of our house and the purchase of our new property. They were professional and efficient throughout the whole process. We had a team of people working on our sale and purchase which meant that we could always get hold of someone if needed and it felt like our sale and purchase kept moving at pace. Any queries we had were answered quickly and fully allowing us to make any subsequent decisions in an informed fashion. In fact, our purchase was carried out in 6 weeks which was the quickest we have known and perfect for the situation we were in. I like the online portal which enabled us to see where in the process we were. Thank you to Sue, Yvonne and Karen!
