Rebecca Handford and Kirsty Crowson were absolutely fantastic dealing with the sale of my property. Kirsty was friendly and helpful at my initial meeting where I explained I needed the property to complete very quickly as my buyer wanted it in 3 weeks. It all completed smoothly in the 3 weeks and I was kept well informed throughout. I would highly recommend to anyone and I will definitely use them again in the future.

My process of buying a house was long and slow due to other parts of the chains however sills and betteridge kept me sane and positive throughout the process. Faye was helpful, proactive, always responded to my emails efficiently and took the time to explain anything I didn’t understand. I am so glad we picked this company as our solicitors. The other companies were part of the problem in this process but I can honestly say the Faye lead the chain and ensured everyone was doing what they should have been. Faye was polite, and chatty and an easy to communicate with. I have used your services before and I would definitely use your services again.

Absolutely seamless from start to finish in dealing with a house sale. (Thanks Tamara & Alan).
Can’t recommend them enough for their speed, knowledge and professionalism.
The whole experience was stress free and took up very little of my own time.
True to their word on quoted cost which was extremely reasonable. S&B would be my first choice for any further legal work!

We used Sills to buy and sell properties. We found them to be responsive and proactive. As we had numerous people working with us there were a few contradictions in communication but this was quite few and far between. I’d recommend using them to other people. We really appreciated the ‘package’ of fees rather than being charged for every single contact, and these were competitive rates as we gained quotes from numerous places.

Just sold and bought a house with Team Hayley. Buyers for my house ready to move in five weeks. Team Hayley were on it.
My purchase however more complicated, it got very stressful but because of good communication, information given purchase completed. I cannot recommend Team Hayley, Sills and Betteridge highly enough. Thank you and so pleased with my purchase.

We recently instructed Sills & Betteridge to act as our conveyancers for the purchase of our first home, after hearing positive feedback from relatives who had used their services.
We couldn’t be happier with the service we received from Alice Solomon and her assistant, Charlie Mahon. They were both absolutely brilliant and made the house-buying process as simple and straightforward as possible for us.
Alice and Charlie were incredibly responsive to our queries, kept us regularly updated, and clearly explained each step of process.
We were working to a tight deadline, and instructing Sills and Betteridge enabled us to meet it.
