New WILLS recently progressed via Kingswood Office. Excellent service from initial meeting to formal signing of Wills. A very warm and friendly environment, excellent communication, nothing too much trouble, a very friendly and very professional service, with thanks to Mr Charlie Watts. Would recommend without hesitation.

Absolutely horrible. I cannot stress enough the importance to avoid using Right Legal as your representative. This firm is a recipe for inducing stress in your life. Over the years, they caused me to spend an exorbitant amount of money and time due to their lack of professionalism. Their employee turn over rate is also ridiculously high which is quite worrisome but makes so much sense. The quality of their service is so low and the professionals they hire reflect just that. Often times when you deal with one handler, they disappear without notice and your file is picked up by a new person that isn't even equipped to handle things and you end up in the same situation because when they finally catch up with your case status, the amount of time already passed and the not knowing how to progress things just causes more frustration to you as a client. Before you know it, they're also gone without notice.

I would not be typing out this message if it was not because of the frustrations, poor service, lack of transparency, low progress, low regard for me as a client, lack of professionalism, unwilling be truthful, inability to acknowledge their own shortcomings, horrible communication, inability to find solutions, and the STRESS that I've experienced over the years.

This firm needs to sued for how they operate. I cannot stress enough my urge to you to avoid them at all costs. There were so many mistakes they made along the way that if I did not call it out it would probably costs me more than needed and also cost me getting the results that I deserved. I felt as though like I was holding their hands and having to constantly nudge them along the way to get anything done and the worst part is that they seemed not to care because there are never any consequences. Imagine receiving a compensation of 100 pounds when you're being forced to pay a bill of 3K just because the firm is lazy to resolve an issue they created. Imagine being billed 8K for having to outsource another firm just to write and send a letter because the firm's legal representatives weren't competent enough to do so. Imagine experiencing mistakes and mistakes for years. Please do not place yourself in this position with them. It's beyond me how they received 4.7 stars here but on Google it's way below that, even the ratings feel like a false reality.

My wife and I talked through our Will requirements and were charged a lot of money, with no warning how much before interview, and have received nothing in over 3 weeks since then. It feels like we’ve been scammed.
