I was very impressed with the way I was seen so quickly and things moved on without a hitch. Another thing that impressed me was Sarah didn't hesitate to arrange to visit me at home each time as I am housebound and disabled. Only able to go to appointments if there is easy access.

One of the most professional, experienced and efficient solicitors I have ever worked with!!!
She made me feel comfortable about the sale/ purchase and took most of my stress away dealing with my case . We managed to complete the sale/ purchase in the short period of time taking into the account I was away for almost a month. Wouldn't want to work with anybody else! Just her in the future!!!

When I first met Thomas Murray I felt immediately at ease and although it was a very difficult time for me due to the passing of a loved one, Thomas was extremely kind and understanding. There was a great deal of paperwork generated by Thomas but he dealt with it all in a methodical and very well organised way. His advice was very important and very reassuring for me. All the staff I came into contact with were efficient and friendly. If I had any questions Thomas was always available to deal with them. I have no hesitation in recommending Holley & Steer, in particular Thomas Murray.

Consistently felt that I was a nuisance when I tried to speak to the main person dealing with everything.
The receptionist was very abrupt, seemed to be in a hurry all the time.
I was recommended that I use the firm but would certainly not recommend them to anyone that I know

Absolutely outstanding. We were on a very tight deadline, Barbara and her team were fantastic. I can not recommend them enough. They were so patient, kind and professional throughout.
