Not what you expect from a professional studio
Awful service and lack of communication with clients, I bought my first house on 6th September 2024 and I’m still trying to deal with them because who was dealing my case forgot to mention and fill all the documents to send to the estate management, after few months I found out by myself that glover priest hasn’t sent any communication to the management and that I should had pay about 700 pounds to update my name on the property, since December I called the office of Tamworth at least 50 times, been sending lots of emails to chase them to getting the case done, completely ignored!!!
The only few times I have reach out someone to speaking to, I only get lies and not calling back, I choose to make an official complain because of the stress and negligence I was getting from the studio but then after 2 months where they should give me any response , I’m still chasing them to get an answer, been calling for 3 days in a row and apparently the woman who was dealing the complain, never had time to send me an email or call me back, 7months of been completely ignored, saying lies of documents been sent and people who never called back, I’m stuck in this situation and I would need to spend other time dealing with legal ombudsman when they could easily apologise and get at least the documents sorted.
