Appalling level of service

I found this firm to be disorganised, late on delivery, and staff, particularly my assigned legal agent, did not appear to have the relevant skills to provide an efficient or personable service, which is imperative in this field of practice. Highly stressful and negative experience throughout. Lots of unnecessary delays with no accountability or apology. Did not feel valued or heard.

Me and my Missus had the pleasure of working with Julia at Gloverpriest in Kings Heath and honestly, I was couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment we gave her the case for Conveyancing, Julia was amazing.

She kept us in the loop throughout the whole process, always making sure we knew what was going on. Buying a house can be stressful, but Julia’s friendly approach and constant updates make everything feel much easier. No question was too much for her - she was always quick to respond with helpful advice and reassurance.

Even when things hit a few bumps along the way, Julia stayed positive and worked hard to keep things moving. Her dedication really made all the difference, and thanks to her, we completed on our house purchase efficiently and smoothly.

I've recently used GloverPriest to purchase a property and have nothing but great things to say about the whole experience.

Having purchased and sold with another solicitor before, I know how stressful it can be but GP made it so painless. Lauren was proactive, helpful and kept me up to date throughout the process.

They provide a handy report with all of their findings from the searchers and enquiries meaning that everything is broken down in a way that anyone can understand and also means that you don't have to spend ages trawling through all of the legal documents and jargon.

Would 100% use again and recommend.
