The Best Of The Best

After worrying of who to represent myself in family matters, a google search of Woollens came to my attention. Woolens being ranked in the top 3, I taken my chance to ask for their help.

From the first phone call Woolens looked into my query very seriously and confirmed they are able to help me. They had the very best professional approach and very friendly manner to start representation.

Within a very short period of time and a quick turn around, I had my legal representation sorted. My family matter being a long case, my representation stuck with me throughout which is exactly what you need.

My case had been dealt with appropriately, proffesionally and urgently and the results always came through. Cate at Woolens always listened and always made her points very clear regardless of what they may have been, instruction and help always clearly talked about and no cutting of corners.

Any paperwork such as statements or updates professionally done, also completed without hesitation.

During my whole representation, i felt more relaxed during the matters and in the approach of matters.
I was treated like a family member and/or friend and not just a case number, this being another great expereince with Cate / Woolens.

In the end, I got the actual result I could ever wish for and and it could have only happened with Cate and of course the other members in the team at Woolens.

I found myself in a situation that no parent would ever want to be in and it ended up being a very lengthy process.
I contacted Wollens and I had Alicia Payne as my instructing solicitor. To say this lady was amazing is an understatement, she has all the qualities needed in these sensitive cases….. kind, understanding, compassionate and most importantly non judgmental. I couldn’t have asked for a better solicitors firm or a better solicitor than Alicia. She calmed me when I was frustrated, she reassured me when I didn’t understand something and she never ever didn’t reply to my questions and emails.
I cannot thank Alicia enough, her dedication to each separate case is admirable but to me she was a life saver and no amount of thanks will ever be enough, I’m so very grateful to her. She’s currently training and she’s incredible now but when she’s fully qualified then she’s going to be a force to be reckoned with! I know this first hand because I’ve seen her in action.
If you need a job doing well……. Alicia’s the driving force you need, she won’t give up and she won’t let you down!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Steve, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. Despite having to deal with a challenging chain, Steve's professionalism and attention to detail were outstanding. He guided us through every step of the process and his communication was clear and timely, making everything a little less stressful. I cannot fault the service that we received from Mark during our recent property purchase. The communications were detailed, fully informative and appropriate which helped move things along quickly, which had been our request.

In a family matter which I had been involved in recently, I had been advised by authorities at the beginning to have legal representation. They do provide you a list, however this list I refused due to being skepticle. Instead, I did a google search and found Wollens in the top 5, position 2 or 3 at the time I beleive. I taken my chance and made a quick call to the number on the site to see if they could help me.

From this call, it had been all positive. Wollens looked into my query without hesitation to see if anyone could help me, they had the very best professional approach and very friendly manner to start my representation.

Within a very short period of time from the phone call and with a very quick turn around, my legal representation started, this is when I had been introduced to Cate at Wollens who would represent me from this point. My representation had stuck with me until the very end, I did not get passed about with different people which is great, this is exactly how you should be represented and treated.

My case had been dealt with very appropriately, very professionally and all parts had been completed without hesitation. This being another great part of the service with Cate at Wollens

During the whole time being represented by Cate at Wollens, I had been more relaxed during the matters in hand and during the times when matters had been approaching. It is best explained as though I had been treated like a friend or family, where as other firms would treat you just as a case number. This being another great service by Cate at Wollens.

Throughout the entire time from start to finish, any paperwork that needed doing such as statements, updates, filings as examples, this all had been done professionally, it also had been done without hesitation.
