From the first phone call, the next day appointment to the completion there was always great and clear advice and support. Though you had to go through the central telephone line, Mohammed was always reachable and pleased to help and explain what will be next. Used for house sale and purchase, would never use again. Kept out of their way for the first 6 weeks as I’m aware always ringing stops them doing the job. After that, we’d phone to be told we’d get a call back, which never happened. Asking for this weekly and being told the same each week. Eventually, it took an impromptu visit to the office to speak to our solicitor. Case was switched to a different solicitor and our experience picked up then, though we weren’t informed about the switch, nor apologised to for the service we received.
