Dealt with these solicitors and it was pleasure to be Emma Sargeant's customer but that is it ! Every time I rang office phone was always answered by grumpy lady who seems to have bad day, actually they had a bad day everyday, speaking fast like there was a fire in theirs office - nightmare to deal with ! It is completely different at the Leigh branch (done the will there): nice ladies, trained or they knows how to deal with customer over the phone. I hope Head Office care about reputation and do something with it. Thank you.

Not even worth one star.

I instructed Catherine Gregson assisted by Alex Sandland to handle my case of a Boundary Dispute.

Although at first I trusted them implicitly I became worried about certain aspects of the work they were carrying out.

I voiced my concerns in a diplomatic caring way but sadly their response was rude and arrogant.
From that time things went from bad to worse.
I made a complaint to A.Higham the complaints manager but his response was also totally unreasonable.

Eventually as important court dates were being missed I had to quickly seek help and instruct another firm to get me out of the financial mess and terribly stressful situation I had been placed in by the above.

I also made a complaint to the Legal Ombudsman as I did not wish for anyone else to experience what I had been through.

Many of my complaints were upheld by the Ombudsman and resulted in an exceptional award of compensation.
