I have bought and sold a few houses in the past, always used Forbes with Kathryn Lofthouse and Jennifer Ross overseeing the process. I have just completed on my new home and the service I have received has been brilliant. They are so responsive, helpful and friendly. The cost is reasonable too. Friends have suffered long drawn out processes with solicitors who are slow to answer, with one telling clients not to chase her up in her email signature! Nothing could be further from my experience. Couldn’t recommend Forbes more.

I cannot recommend Tom Howcroft highly enough. He understood my case straight away and that I wanted as quick a settlement as possible because of my age and the stress I was under.
