Did not have the best experience at all I understand my house was an X new build and I understand there is a few more things needing to happen in regards to selling it but the whole process took roughly around five months before it was finally completed and that was a week over The compilation date. Any time I tried calling I was always greeted with the reception desk and any time I asked to talk to my solicitors they were always on annual leave or out of the office so constantly having to get in touch with the reception to get any kind of update or if I had any questions in my eyes, they might as well have been the solicitor. I was never kept up-to-date and it was only when I asked to speak to the managing director is when the process started to become a bit more smooth sailing.
Personally, I would not be using these guys again
